Overall, this was a fine remake. It was still entertaining, and pretty much told the same story as the original with a couple new bits here and there but nothing crazy. It felt like it went on too long, the audio mixing was bad (one acceptable time for overwhelming sound would be the WAH WAH WAH WAHHH in kiss the girl, but they didn't even do that). Casting was a bit weird, I didn't feel like Javier Bardem or Awkwafina, though both fine in plenty of things, fit quite right. The (very clearly) Lin-Manuel Miranda song stuck in the middle was at least not as boring as the other additions, but still didn't seem to fit with the rest of the soundtrack.
